Conference room reservation form

 

There are two conference rooms available for public use at the Library. These rooms may be reserved by any group, organization, attorney licensed to practice law by a state or federal bar, or any Orange County Public Law Library borrower/card holder. Suggested uses for these rooms include, but are not limited to: meetings; classes or workshops; by library organizations, charitable organizations, government agencies, judicial bodies, bar associations, or accredited educational institutions.

 

Room Price Description
Conference Room A $10 per hour* This is a smaller room that can accommodate 12 people. This room has wifi access.
Conference Room B $15 per hour* This large room accommodates up to 36 people theater style and up to 27 people classroom style when furnished with tables and chairs. The room offers a digital projector, pull down projector screen, and wifi access.
* Includes equipment setup and use

 

The library also offers for use in either room one audio cabinet featuring a 36″ television and a vhs/dvd player-recorder.

A reservation for Conference Rooms must be made by completing the Conference Room Reservation Form and by paying the fee stated in the current fee schedule. The fee payment must be made by check, cash, or credit card prior to the actual use of the room and is non-refundable.
