The Orange County Public Law Library circulates from its collection certain books and materials for use within Orange County in accordance with Borrowing Rules adopted by the Board of Trustees. The Library has several borrower categories, and a deposit is required. For more information see the Borrowing Rules.
The library is offering a pickup service for account holders to check out circulating material. Any account holder in good standing (no fees above $15) may check out up to 5 items. All material will have a three-week loan period. Standard late fees of $1.00 per day will apply for overdue material.
Use the form below to make requests. Requests will be accepted Monday-Friday through 5 p.m. You will be notified of the status of your request by noon the next business day. Materials can be picked up that day from 1-4 p.m. at the ground floor lobby entrance (in the Civic Center West parking lot at the back of the library). Call 714-338-6815 to summon staff.
Material not picked up on the designated day will be returned to the shelves. You may submit a new request.
Material should be returned to the book drop in the Civic Center West parking lot (behind the library) on or before the due date to avoid late fees.
