Access During the COVID-19 Pandemic

To comply with public health protocols and protect the health and safety of patrons and staff, public access to the library building is currently by appointment only.

To ensure the public enjoys equitable access to the unique legal information materials available at the library, appointments will be given only to those with a stated legal research need.

By signing up for an appointment, you agree to wear a face covering, maintain a distance of at least six (6) feet from others, and comply with staff directives. Sanitary supplies are available at the service counter for those who wish to wipe down any surface before use.

The wearing of face masks covering both nose and mouth is required when using the library. Exemptions issued by anyone other than the library will not be honored. To request an accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act, you must complete and submit the library’s request form, available in Word and PDF formats. Processing of the request will require review by library administration and legal counsel. Accommodations will not be granted on the spot.

Persons displaying possible coronavirus symptoms will not be admitted to the building.
